DAO Saints
Our mission are directed by Bronze, Silver and Gold Saints : They will be the ones sourcing, conducting due diligence, proposing, and voting on investments. To ensure Saints come from a diverse background, 20% of the initial Saints will be nominated by the Athena community directly. All nominees must be elected through a decentralized governance process to be appointed.

Bronze Saints work as LP at Athena Venture DAO, bringing more funding and development to the blockchain. Athena Venture DAO will charge for 20% net IRR as Carried Interest, and 1.5% in total as Annual Management Fee.
Silver Saints work as GP at Athena Venture DAO, getting on board high-quality projects by bringing value to them. Check sizes to be allocated will initially look to be in the range of $10k to $200k USD range each project based on Contribution Score Chart, and will increase over time as the DAO’s AUM grows.
1.KOL & Community:
Key opinion leader (KOL) is trusted, well-respected influencers with proven experience and expertise in blockchain industry. They can help projects to increase market exposure via multiple channels, like Youtube, Twitter, Telegram, etc.
Community is educational group about crypto and blockchain technologies towards public, who can arrange partnerships for integrations and other purposes and exposure to investors and public.
2.CEX & DEX:
In CEX, the exchange process happened via order book. It sets up the price for a specific cryptocurrency based on current buy and sells orders.
In DEX, every user has full control of their private keys when transacting, giving users a true sense of ownership of their assets under the non-custodial framework.
3.Developer: Developer community offers enterprise IT solutions & services to improve business processes and leverage technology innovation.
Gold Saints work as incubator or accelerator, working alongside us to support the next wave of killer dApps, expanding the market size and user volume of the blockchain industry!
